bodyclockhub.com is a free tool operated by Awaken Align Energy. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect
The chronotype quiz does not require you to create an account or log in. No quiz answers are stored on our servers. When you close the page, your results are gone.
We collect information in two situations:
- Email address. If you choose to enter your email address to receive a free body clock reference, your email is sent to MailerLite, our email platform, and stored there. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics through Google Analytics. This includes approximate location, device type, browser, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We use it to understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your quiz answers. We do not collect payment information. We do not sell your data. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to track site usage. These are small text files stored in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you do, the site will still work normally.
Email communications
If you subscribe, you will receive a one-page body clock reference for your chronotype. You may also occasionally receive wellness content and product updates from Awaken Align Energy. We will not email you without your consent and we will not send you content unrelated to sleep, energy, or body clock topics. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- MailerLite: email platform for delivering your free reference and optional newsletter updates
- Google Analytics: anonymous site usage tracking
- Amazon Associates: this site contains affiliate links to products on Amazon. If you click them, Amazon may set cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment or order details.
We also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor how our site appears in Google and Bing search results. These services may collect anonymous data about how visitors arrive at and interact with the site.

Some pages on this site, such as the sleep tools page, contain affiliate links to products on Amazon. Children
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
